Payment

Purchases has to be payed within 3 days or item will be relisted. If you would like to reserve an item contact me and we will discuss for how long.

You can pay with all major credit cards or with PayPal balance.

LAY AWAY PAYMENT PLAN:
Lay away a piece you are interested in and split the payment in two. You make the first payment as I reserve the item for you, and the last payment at the end of the upcoming month. You can decide to cancel the transaction within 3 days for a complete refund, but after 3 days, I reserve the right to keep HALF of the initial payment as a fee for keeping the item off of the market. Thank you!

Shipping

All items are shipped with Global Priority Mail within 48 hours.
If you would like insurance and trackable shipping there is a listing in my shop to add that choice. You will recieve a confirmation mail with tracking number.

Estimated shipping time:

Sweden 3-5 days
Europe 5-7 days
Everywhere else 7-14 days

The items arrive in a handmade jewelry box and a bubble envelope.

If you´re not feeling satisfied with your purchase please contact me through Etsy or send an email to "info (at) suzyq.se".

Broken jewelry can be repaired if damage comes from normal wear. Please contact me to sort out the details.

All money returns go through Paypal refund.

* Custom orders:

Custom orders are welcome. Just convo or email your wishes to me, don´t forget to mention size or which metal, stone or colors you prefer. I will calculate the price and you can make up your mind after that.

When finished, the piece will be listed in my Etsy shop with a reservation for you. I will keep it reserved for 14 days. If you have any trouble with that time limit be sure to contact me to sort it out.

If the design demands very expensive material or it is a very personal design I have a policy of a 40% down payment. If you decide not to go through with your order when you see the finished result listed at Etsy I will return half of the down payment.

* du har 14 dagars öppet köp. Kontakta mig innan varan returneras.
* om du betalar med VISA eller annat kort, klicka på Paypal-symbolen. Alla kortköp går via Paypal, men du behöver INTE ha ett Paypal-konto för att genomföra köpet. Paypal administrerar endast ditt kortköp.
* har du problem att genomföra köpet kan du kontakta mig och betala via bankgiro istället. Då konverterar jag valutan efter den kurs som gällde köpdagen.
