Welcome

I love making jewellery, and there's always a new material or technique I just need to try. All my designs are one-offs and I never make exactly the same item twice (unless in special cases, like for example friendship bracelets). I pride myself in using good materials and taking great care with my designs. Please feel free to ask, if you have any questions.

Payment

I would like to receive payment within 7 days at the latest. If you really like an item but can't afford it right now, contact me and we can come to some arrangement.

I prefer PayPal, but in the UK I will accept payment by personal cheque.

Shipping

FREE shipping is only the basic shipping that does not allow for tracking and no refund will be given if the item does not arrive or is damaged in the post.

However, you can purchase a shipping upgrade in which case
items will be sent out 'signed for' in the UK. This automatically insures items for the amount of £36. If the item is worth more I will send it 'registered'. I will send you the 'registration number' of the package as soon as I've shipped it.

International shipping: Please note, depending on the country the item is sent to I cannot guarantee shipping times.

Shipping prices are quoted for the postage costs (by weight) and the actual packaging. I use good quality padded boxes and new padded envelopes, and I do whatever I can to ensure that the item arrives safely with you.

Normally, items will be sent out within a day or two after payment has been received. Depending on the time of day ordered, possibly even the same day. However, in those cases where the item needs to be modified or a completely new item has been commissioned, I will let you know roughly when it will be sent, and a confirmation by e-mail when it has been sent.

Refunds and Exchanges

I try my very best to pack items so they should not be damaged, however, if the item has been damaged in the post, please let me know by e-mail and then send it back. I will fix the item and send it back to you.

Also,if you bought an item from me in the past and it breaks, please just send me an e-mail. If it's a small problem I will fix it for free, and only charge the return postage, if it's a bigger problem (gems missing) I will charge you as little as possible. I care about my jewellery and rather fix it then see it abandoned at the bottom of your jewellery box. :-)
