Be it a design from scratch or you want something reworked like a vintage treasure from granny, let's talk!

Full payment is required to confirm a Bespoke project. A timeline will be jointly agreed upon between buyer and designer(usually between 5 to 8 weeks, depending on the complexity of the bespoke piece(s)). Prototypes will be provided and I'll work with you until you're absolutely thrilled with the piece(s)!!!

Shipping

All orders, save for Bespoke Designs and Made To Order Pieces, are shipped every Wednesday via Registered/Insured International Mail from Malaysia. If you need something urgently, please let me know and I'll dash down to the postie for you :)

Expedited shipping is also available in the form of Express Mail International, the cost of which is dependent on both the destination country as well as the weight of the package. If you'd like a quote for this shipping mode, please request so in the Notes To Seller.

As with all other merchants, any import taxes that may be imposed by your domestic customs will be your responsibility. However, I'll most definitely work with you, to arrive at the best possible way wherein to declare the contents and value of your package.

Refunds and Exchanges

Clear photos are provided for every piece. None of these photos have been manipulated nor enhanced in any shape or form, and all are taken under natural light (without flash or artificial lights). I've tried to be as detailed as possible in describing my designs particularly in terms of measurements and dimensions.

Each and every single piece I create is exceedingly unique and time-intensive. UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES can an item be returned because of a change of heart or mind. Returns are accepted only on a case by case basis for Store Credit or an Exchange. A Refund will be issued only if I've misrepresented a design.

Whilst I create with only the finest gemstones and antique materials available, do remember that all vintage components used are very old. In fact, many are over 100 years old, all having been lovingly restored especially for you. As such, there will be minute signs of age and wear, nothing to detract from the beauty of the completed piece, and all of which only emphasise the individuality of each design, I guarantee. More importantly, all pieces are structurally sound and, when worn with care and respect, will be a thing of beauty to behold for a long time to come!!

Having said that, I really truly want you to be absolutely thrilled with and enamoured of your purchase. Should there be any concerns regarding your Sheela Goh Couture purchase, please contact me within 48 hours of receiving it to discuss the matter.
