Below I have listed my shop policies in hope of making your shopping experience as straight forward as possible. Please feel free to contact me with any additional questions you may have.

Payment

I accept payment through Paypal. If I do not receive payment within 5 days after your purchase I will have to cancel your order. I will contact you via Etsy convos and email before I do the cancellation. If you are not able to make your payment within 5 days, please contact me and we can try to work something out.

Shipping

I ship my ceramics within 3 business days after receiving payment. I use USPS First Class Mail and take extra care in packaging the work.

I pack my ceramics(especially bowls, cups and plates) with a large amount of packaging material to insure safe shipping. My shipping costs include a small fee for these packaging materials. I try to use as much recycled materials as possible to keep this fee low and my environmental impact to a minimum.

Refunds and Exchanges

If your item has been damaged or you are unhappy with your product, please contact me within 10 days of receiving your shipment. I will refund you the full price of the piece, however you will have to pay for the return shipping. Please be aware that the ceramic item must be repackaged in the same way that it arrived.

Additional Policies and FAQs

Tips for Care of Porcelain Jewelry:

- Clean porcelain part with soap and water. Feel free to use a sponge or green/blue scrubbing pad.

- A quick way to clean tarnished silver is using toothpaste. Squeeze a small amount of toothpaste on to the silver and rub for about 30 seconds. Wash away the toothpaste with water. The toothpaste will remove the tarnish and return your silver to its initial shine. For extra shine, buff the silver with an old t-shirt or towel.
