Welcome! Bienvenue! Sew Mo' specializes in durable, functional and stylish handmade bags and accessories that are environmentally sensitive. Come in and stay a while. All bags in the shop are pre-made and ready to ship!

How are Sew Mo' bags and accessories environmentally sensitive?

1) All items are handmade in our little studio in Toronto.
2) Sew Mo' often incorporates up cycled fabric combined with new fabrics
3) All new fabrics are made from natural fibres preventing more plastic from ending up in our landfills.

PLEASE NOTE: All pieces are created by hand, so no two items are identical. That's the beauty of the product! Please allow for slight variances from what is shown in the made to order photos.

Payment

Although I am Canadian, payment can only be accepted in US Dollars via PayPal.

***Ontario residents please note: An 8% Retail Sales Tax (RST)will be charged in addition to the price of the purchased item (minus the shipping cost). I will send you a revised invoice shortly after initial purchase.

Payment must be made in full and be cleared by PayPal prior to the item being shipped.

Please do not hesitate to contact me if you are having any issues with PayPal - I know it can be tricky for first time users. I will attempt to assist you in any way that I can.

Shipping

Sew Mo’ ships via Canada Post. Rates are based on the origin, destination and weight of the item being shipped. We do our best to find the quickest delivery method at the most affordable price. All items are shipped within 72 hours of payment clearing (excluding weekends and holidays).

Shipping Time:

2-9 days for destinations wihin Canada
4-10 days for destinations in the United States
6-10 days for other international destinations

Please note that buyers are responsible for any and all duties and customs charges that may be incurred.

If your Etsy address and PayPal address differ, please let us know which address you would like your package sent to in the “message to seller” note during checkout. If you do not notify us and we cannot reach you within 48 hours after payment we will ship the item to the address registered with Etsy.

Sew Mo' is not responsible for items not received due to an incorrect address.

Combined shipping rates are available for multiple item purchases within one transaction and will be calculated after full payment has been received. The difference in shipping fees will be refunded to the customer via PayPal.

As Etsy does not allow us to list shipping prices by region, we will always refund the difference in shipping cost listed in the store if the shipping cost to your destination varies by more than $2.00 USD.

All Sew Mo’ items are carefully wrapped in tissue paper and mailed in a sturdy paper bubble mailer or box, depending on the size of the item.

Refunds and Exchanges

Sew Mo' stands by her product. If you find something not right with your order, please let me know and I will do everything I can to correct it. I want you to be happy with your purchase.

Returns are accepted within 3 days of your shipment arrival. Please contact me with a return request within this time period. Items must be returned within 5 days of return request and must arrive in the same condition as which they were received or they will not be accepted. The cost of the item will be refunded minus the shipping fee and a 10% administration fee. The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping. ****Any items with customized elements will not be accepted for return.****

If you purchase something and change your mind before paying please let me know and I will cancel the transaction, no questions asked. This allows me to have my Etsy fees refunded.

Sew Mo’ reserves the right to refuse a sale to anyone with a history of negative feedback.
