Welcome

Due to the CPSIA, many of my children's items will be available as made to order only. It is not cost effective, especially in this economy, for me to currently carry a large stock of inventory. Made to order items will be noted as such in the item description and will take a week to ship once I receive payment. Thanks for your understanding.

Payment

Payment is appreciated upon purchase. If payment is not received within 3 days of purchase, I will cancel the sale and relist the item. Negative feedback may be left.

Shipping

I ship most of my items in bubble envelopes USPS First Class mail. If you would like your item faster, please convo me upon purchase so I can upgrade the shipping in the listing to Priority. Shipping is set at no lower than $2.50 on any of my items. I know many of my items may ship for less, but the post office is changing rates faster than I can keep up and I'm starting to lose money. I will refund any shipping overcharges higher than .75 cents.

International customers: I charge exact postage to you. If your shipping costs are more than postage, I will refund the difference. I ship within 2 business days of your purchase. I love to ship internationally and most of my items reflect international shipping. However the postage rates have changed recently. I am not sure how this will effect packages over 13 ounces. If you are interested in an item that does not have international shipping options, please convo me for shipping costs. Thanks.

Items are shipped to your PayPal address unless you request otherwise.

Refunds and Exchanges

Due to the fact that babies and toddlers leave an excessive amount of bodily fluids on nearly anything they come in contact with, I am not able to offer refunds or exchanges on my chidren's products. If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, please contact me and I'll do every thing in my power to make it right.

For other items, I do accept refunds within 14 days of receipt. After the item is shipped back to me (at your cost) I will refund your payment minus shipping.

I love custom orders! You can convo me or request a custom order through Alchemy.

My home/studio are smoke-free. We do have a YorkiePoo puppy who makes frequent visits to the studio. Due to our floor plan, it's pretty impossible to keep her out. But I do everything I can to make sure your item arrives to you dog hair free. (She really doesn't shed much anyway.)

In my ongoing effort to be as "green" as possible, I ship in recycled packaging when I can. This does not mean you'll receive your item in a cereal box, but it does mean you may receive it in a previously used bubble envelope or Amazon.com box. If you would prefer fresh, new packaging, please let me know in the notes to seller field at checkout or through convo.
