Thank you for shopping at NH Knitting Mama! I am a full-time Mom from NH that dyes yarn on a part-time basis. I hope you enjoy what I have worked so hard to bring you!

Payment

I accept payments via Paypal. If you purchase something but don't pay within three calendar days, I will cancel the sale and relist. I base most of my feedback comments based on how quickly payment is received.

In an effort to reduce environmental impact, I do not include an additional paper receipt in the shipment. Please keep your invoice that you receive from both Etsy and Paypal for your records.

Shipping

I ship using U.S. First Class mail unless an arrangement is made prior to the sale. Convo me if you need some kind of special arrangement. I only ship to the address that comes through on the Paypal notification.

Orders are shipped within 24 hours of receipt of payment into my Paypal account.

Refunds and Exchanges

If you would like to return an item, it must be returned within 7 days of when you receive it - IN ORIGINAL CONDITION. There must be no odor (pet, mold, tobacco, etc.) to the yarn when I receive it back. Please ship back in plastic bag that you receive it in to assure less chance of odor.

Return shipping will not be refunded, and a 20% restocking fee will be charged. Returns will not be accepted unless prior notice is received and acknowledged by NH Knitting Mama Yarns via convo or email.

Also, I have many base yarns in stock waiting to be dyed up. Let me know if there is something that you are looking for that you don't see here. I may have it!
