Payment

Terms: Buyer must pay for purchases within 7 calendar days or the transaction will be cancelled and item will be relisted. If you need more than 7 days to complete the transaction, you must contact me BEFORE making the purchase to make special arrangements.

Payment Methods: Paypal, money order, or cashier's check. NEVER SEND CASH IN THE MAIL.

Cancellation Policy: In rare cases and with a valid explanation, cancellations may be allowed without incurring negative feedback. Please note, however, that simple "buyer's remorse" is NOT a valid excuse for cancelling your purchase.

Shipping

All purchases are shipped to the buyer the next business day following receipt of payment via U.S. Postal Service Express Mail. U.S. delivery averages 3 business days coast to coast. I am happy to ship internationally by the fastest method the buyer is willing to pay for.

International Customs: Non-U.S. buyers should be aware of the Customs regulations for their country as they relate to the purchase and import of items created by Irrational Exuberance. Seller accepts no responsibility for delayed delivery or confiscation of your purchase by Customs authorities.

Refunds and Exchanges

Damage/Loss: Seller is not responsible for damage or loss of your purchase in shipment. It is recommended that you purchase shipping insurance.

Exchanges/Refunds: Will be handled on a case-by-case basis. Convo the seller with any concerns you may have.

Additional Policies and FAQs

Custom orders are welcome with a 50% deposit of the purchase price.
