Welcome

Here at the Fiber Frolic, I work to provide you with goodies that are well-made, whimsical and frugal. My prices aren't the highest to be found on etsy, but you're sure to get items that are held to high standards. Napkin prices may vary, depending on the cost of fabric used to make them. Please know that I work hard to buy fabrics that are well-made (usually from quilt shops) and on sale to keep costs low.

Payment

I currently only accept payments by PayPal, more secure for both of us. :-)

Shipping

During a busy week, I ship on Mondays and Thursdays. If time permits, I'll ship your order the next day. Just check your account info for when your items were shipped. I do not check the "shipped" box until I am safely back from the post office.

I do not send orders with insurance or delivery confirmation since my goodies are not perishable or pricey. I trust my postal lady.

Refunds and Exchanges

If you have a problem with your order, let me know and we'll work it out from there. Let's hope this never happens. :-)
