Hello! Thank you for taking a look through my shop. If you have any questions about my shop or my creations you don’t see answered below, don’t hesitate to ask!

Payment

I only accept Paypal at this time. I prefer payment within a week of purchase, and no items will be shipped until payment is received.

If paying by e-check, your purchase will ship after the payment has cleared.

For custom orders, special arrangements can be made.

Shipping

Most items are shipped within 3-4 days of receiving payment. I package my items safely and securely and try to re-use materials when possible to cut down on cost and waste. I ship all my items via USPS First Class, which takes around 1-3 days (domestic) depending on location. This does include delivery confirmation, but not insurance. I use Paypal to do most of my shipping so you should receive an email notification when your purchase ships.

If you would like faster shipping or insurance, please let me know before paying and I will send you a revised invoice.

International buyers are welcome, but they are responsible for any extra costs incurred through customs.

If you have any special shipping requests, please let me know.

Refunds and Exchanges

I do not accept returns at this time or offer refunds for items lost or damaged in transit.

Additional Policies and FAQs

All of my items are handmade with care by me, in a smoke-free environment. I am supervised occasionally by my cat, but he finds it very tedious and boring so he doesn’t help much. Recycled/re-purposed materials are used when possible in creating my items.

My tiny plushes are made from Kunin polyester felt, which is made from recycled plastic bottles. They are all hand-stitched and stuffed with polyfill.

I love variety and I love a good challenge, so I am open to custom requests. Want something in a different color or size? Or something completely new? Just tell me what you want and I will let you know if it’s possible or not.
