Paypal preferred. Please pay within 3 days of purchase - thanks!

Shipping

Items over $60 are sent via Recorded Delivery (UK) and Airsure (overseas), so that delivery can be tracked. Proof of posting is available on request. Insurance is available at additional cost (approx $5) - please contact me if you would like to insure your parcel.

I am not responsible for items lost or damaged in shipping. If you would like insurance, please contact me. I do not automatically insure your package, you must request it.

I can post items overseas using standard Airmail, which is cheaper, however your parcel will not be tracked or insured if this service is used. Please contact me if you want to use this more economical method of shipping and I will adjust the price on the listing before you purchase your item.

Refunds and Exchanges

Rest assured that all items are quality checked before being listed in my shop - only the best will do! Please read item descriptions carefully and contact me if you have any questions or would like to see additional photographs.

However if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please contact me immediately (within 2 days of receipt) and I will do whatever I can to rectify the situation. If a refund is agreed, it will be processed once the returned item has been received and if it is unused, in its original condition. Shipping costs will not be refunded and the buyer is responsible for the cost of return shipping. Any additional import taxes incurred will be deducted from the refund.

Please note that custom made items cannot be returned.
