Payment

PayPal (preferred)
Personal Check or Money Order (item will ship when check has cleared)

Payment is due within 3 days of purchase. Please convo me if you have a personal check on the way in snail mail.

There will be state sales tax of 6.25% added in PayPal if you live in Texas.

Shipping

I ship USPS first class mail with delivery confirmation when you pay through PayPal. Multiple items tend to be a little heavier, and travel priority mail if necessary due to weight. If you would like to add insurance, please contact me so I can send you a revised PayPal invoice for the cost. I cannot remake one-of-a-kind items that are lost or damaged in the mail. Purchases valued over $50 are automatically insured as part of the listed shipping charges.

I will ship your item within 2 business days of receiving cleared payment. Items that need to be resized may take a few extra days to be shipped.

Refunds and Exchanges

I am certain you will be happy with your purchase. However, if you would like to make a jewelry return (see exception below), contact me within 2 days of receiving your item, and return the item in perfect condition within the next 5 days. Simple as that. I will refund the purchase price, excluding postage, no questions asked.

Please note that I do not accept returns on pierced earrings due to health and hygiene issues. I also do not accept returns on custom items.

Additional Policies and FAQs

Custom orders require a non-refundable 50% downpayment once we have settled on the details, but before actual work begins. The reserved listing for your custom item, once completed, will be for the remaining 50% plus postage.

I do not send invoices with my packages, but if you want one for your records, please ask for one in the "Notes to Seller" at checkout.

Typically, I do not participate in wholesale or consignment arrangements. Most of my items are one-of-a-kind.
