Vintage is just that, vintage, I try to give you the most information I have and have found through researching each item, but I am not an expert and may not know everything I need to about an item I sell. I specialize in beads being a designer for 30 years, but there is always something I find that I have never seen before. If you have questions or comments please send me an email. Payment
Please pay within 4 days max., if I do not receive the payment by this time, I will send you an email. If you do not respond, I will cancel the sale and relist the item. I do not want to do this but I do not want to miss out on someone else purchasing the item if you have changed your mind. If you were in a store you would pay for the item up front, not in 4 days. I will hold an item for you all you have to do is ask, if you are waiting for payday to come around or for money of some sort to arrive, just communicate with me, I understand these things, but if I do not hear from you then I will assume that you have decided to cancel the sale.
Shipping
***Shipping amounts are for the USA only, I cannot realisticly give you shipping amounts for International buyers until I know which country you are living in. Therefore, the prices I have listed on my site for International may not be exact in cost, I will send a pay pal invoice to you with the corrected amount. Sorry for the inconvenience. Thank you for understanding.
Most of my items will ship priority unless the item is heavy or large then I will ship standard shipping or UPS in the USA. I like to send "glass" items priority they have less chance of breakage. You are responsible for insurance on the item, delivery confirmation, etc. I am no longer responsible for your purchase after it leaves the post office. No exceptions. I recommend you take the insurance it is worth the peace of mind and it ususally is only under 2.00 extra. If you take out delivery confirmation you do not have to also pay for insurance because the post office has to sign off on the item at the destination.
Refunds and Exchanges
Returns: I will return and item/s you are not happy with, however, I appreciate it very much if you are in the USA, sending it back as soon as you know you are not thrilled with the item and letting me know you are returning and not trading. International buyers please send a email and let me know about the return. I know it takes alot longer to return to the USA. I will not refund your shipping however and if I sent it priority mail with insurance I expect you to send it back in the same manner.
Additional Policies and FAQs
If you are a merchant on etsy or another online store I will give you a discount on your purchase of at least 10% off, with the name of your store and the online site. My items are as low as I can possibly sell them for, and I would still like to make a profit for myself. I will also sell wholesale on my jewelry, or do custom jobs, most of my designs are priced by the amount of beads and their costs so there leaves little room for discounts.
