Payment

My preferred payment of choice is paypal but I also accept money orders. If sending a money order please let me know at the time of purchase with a message to seller. All payments must be received in full before I ship. If payment hasn't been received within three days of order you should expect to get a convo from me. After seven days of no payment and no contact the sale will be canceled. If something comes up where payment will be delayed please contact me. Communication is key!

Shipping

I try to keep shipping costs reasonable while keeping in mind that I am shipping artwork that can seldom be replaced. All pieces are shipped in a protective sleeve and always in a bend proof mailer. If you would like special shipping (overnight, insurance, etc) please contact me before you buy.

For orders shipped outside the USA please contact me BEFORE buying and I will calculate shipping for your country!

I usually ship within three days of receiving payment.

PLEASE NOTE: Combined shipping includes artwork of the same size as purchased. When buying multiple sizes the shipping price always defaults to the larger size.

Refunds and Exchanges

I want buyers to happy with their purchase. Returns are handled on a case by case basis. If you are unsatisfied with the piece you bought please contact me as soon as possible and we will work something out. However, Leoa Design Studio is not responsible for mailing issues (lost, damaged etc)

Additional Policies and FAQs

The Artist reserves all reproduction rights. No work may be reproduced in any manner whatsoever with out express, written consent of the Artist.
