Hello!! Thank you so much for your interest in my little shop!! My name is Carolyn and I am here to create jewelry for you.

I make jewelry which is delicate-looking and simple, but is durable and long-lasting. My work is handmade, by me! (Imagine that on Etsy!:P) I am going to school full time for my AA degree, then I will transfer to one of the fabulous local universities. I have so far majored in Art and will be focusing on fine art, and mixing in a few business and accounting classes. Anyway!

I love to use natural stones; I love sterling silver, (fine silver is even better); if you like gold, let me know and we can talk. If you see one of my pieces and you like it, but think you would love it if it were slightly different, please don't hesitate to let me know. I am all about making my jewelry to fit with you and your lifestyle, and even sometimes it's possible to live within your budget!! Just ask!!

Payment

If you wish to cancel an order, please contat me as soon as possible.

Once payment has been processed, I will begin creating your jewelry and only when payment has been received will I do so. In the event that I have your item(s) and size(s), I will ship the item(s) according to my shipping policies.

Custom Orders* require a non-refundable deposit. This will be half of the entire purchase price, excluding shipping. Once I have finished creating your piece, I will call or email you in order to let you know that it is finished, thereby alerting you that you must pay the remaining balance. (Note: This does not mean you cannot pay for the entire thing in one go, please, fee free, but let me know so that I may adjust your invoice accordingly.)

*Custom Orders do not include rings which I make to your measurements. (Unless your measurements are either very large or very small. Rings smaller than 4 and larger than 14 are custom.) Custom Orders DO INCLUDE: Necklaces, bracelets, earrings that you and I "invent" through convos, alchemy, email or phone conversations.

Shipping

Generally:
Items ordered Mon-Thurs, before 4pm (Pacific time) will be shipped the next day. Items ordered after Thursday, 4pm will be shipped the following Monday.

I ship USPS in a bubble-padded envelope and depending on the item(s) purchased, may include an earring card, a small box and/or a plastic bag. I will include an invoice and some cards for you give to your friends. :)

Refunds and Exchanges

I try to provide pictures whose colors are as close to real life as possible. With that in mind, that is in comparison to my particular monitor. There may be slight color variations between what the picture shows and what you receive. Also, due to the nature of natural stones they all differ on varying levels. Stones of the same composure are not always the same coloring. Please specify whether you would like one of the same in the picture or if you will accept something similar, but uniquely different, and equally beautiful.

Items damaged in transit will be refunded when I receive the damaged goods.

If your ring, necklace or bracelet does not fit you, please call or email me immediately in order to make arrangements.
