Payment

PAYPAL:
I accept Paypal as a form of payment from all buyers.

UNPAID ORDERS/CANCELLATIONS:
Unfortunately, any unpaid orders will be canceled after 3 days unless buyer has contacted me.

Shipping

ADDRESS

Please make sure your Etsy address is correct when you checkout.

I will send all shipments to this address and not your paypal address. Understand that I cannot be held responsible for any incorrect information given.

SHIPPING TURNAROUND

Orders are shipped out within 1-5 business days after payment has been completed. I usually ship on Tuesdays and Thursdays.

All items are shipped via USPS first class. This allows me to keep costs down so I can offer free shipping.

First class mail does not guarantee a delivery time nor does it provide a tracking number.

Transit times will vary depending on location.

SHIPPING UPGRADES/INSURANCE/TRACKING INFO for US buyers

If you would like to upgrade your shipping to Priority, with Insurance and/or add the ability to track your package, please convo me and I will send you a separate paypal invoice for the added services.

EXPRESS SHIPPING

I do offer expedited shipping via USPS Express ($20 shipping and handling charge). Please convo me if you need it to be shipped overnight to assure I am able to do so. Best chances for express shipping to be mailed the same day is to place the order by 10:00 am pacific time. Otherwise it will be mailed the next business day provided payment is completed.

Shipping rates include shipping, handling and packaging costs.

International buyers are responsible for any customs fees.

Refunds and Exchanges

I carefully pack all products so that they will arrive safely at your doorstep.

However, in the unlikely event you receive a damaged item, please convo me as soon as possible. I will replace the same item as long as it is returned within 30 days.

Customer is responsible for the shipping costs of returning the item and I will reship the item at my cost.
