Payment

At this time I only take payment through Paypal. Payment is expected within 3 days. If you really really want something and don't have the cash, drop me a convo and we can discuss layaway options. If you are making payment with an echeck through Paypal, please note that it will take at least 4 business days to clear before shipment.

Shipping

All shipping is USPS First Class unless other arrangements are made. Cost of shipping is more than just postage. It includes packaging, handling, and delivery confirmation.

U.S. SHIPPING
Cost of U.S. shipping INCLUDES INSURANCE. First Class usually takes 2-7 business days and often has nothing to do with how far away you are! If you need your order faster you can upgrade to Priority for an additional $3.50. Drop me a note at checkout and I will send you a revised invoice.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
Unfortunately, USPS First Class International does not offer insurance. If you want your package insured it will have to ship Priority International and the rate is an addition $10. If you prefer this method, drop me a line at checkout and I will send you a revised invoice. It's very hard to accurately calculate international shipping, especially with multiple items. If I overestimate shipping and handling by more than .50, I will refund the difference.

IF YOU HAVE HAD A CHANGE OF ADDRESS SINCE SIGNING UP FOR PAYPAL, PLEASE UPDATE IT. SHIPPING LABELS ARE DONE THROUGH PAYPAL AND THAT IS THE ADDRESS IT WILL DEFAULT TO. If I see a discrepancy between your Etsy address and your Paypal address I will contact you. Shipping will be suspended until the the correct address is confirmed.

All orders are packed in a cotton-filled jewelry box that is suitable for gift-giving. Most items ship within 2 business days. The exception is for hand-stamped items, which take 5-7 business days. Holidays may take a bit longer. If you need something fast than that drop me a line and I'll make every effort to accommodate.

Do you want to ship a gift to another address? Convo me with the address and any note you'd like included.

The buyer is responsible for any customs fees that apply to international orders.

If something happens during the shipping process I will file the insurance claim and replace the item.

Refunds and Exchanges

I want you to be satisfied with your order! If there's a problem, please let me know right away and I'll make every effort to make it good. For returns, I must be notified within 3 days of receipt.

Sometimes no matter how careful we are, a piece of jewelry breaks. Bracelets are especially susceptible to getting caught on something. I'm happy to do minor repairs for cost of shipping only. If it's something bigger we'll discuss the terms on a case-to-case basis.
