Payment

Payment must be made within 24 hours of purchase. Currently I only accept paypal - but arrangements can be made if I know you.

Iowa residents must pay the tax alloted to your area - sorry.

I will send you a convo or an email to confirm your order and once your order is shipped.

Shipping

Pigs are shipped Priority Mail
Bottles, gourds, and tags are shipped standard.
You are welcome to purchase insurance or ask me to purchase insurance for you, and generally, I get a confirmation as well.

You will receive an email or convo once I receive payment to let you know when your item will be shipped out. It is my policy to ship out purchased items within 48 hours, but usually they get sent out within 24 hours - excepting holidays and weekends.

Refunds and Exchanges

Of course if you do not like your item, or your item is broken, you may return it for a refund of the purchase price less shipping. However, you will have to pay for shipping, unless the item arrived broken.

Additional Policies and FAQs

I will take custom orders, but not via alchemy. If there is something you want or if there are no pigs listed and you would like one, I'd love to make one for you! Please allow 7 - 14 days for custom pigs. Let me know what color you're looking for and I'll try to work it out.
