Payment

We only accept PayPal at this time.

Shipping

We usually ship on Tuesday's. If you'd like something faster or shipped on a different day please convo us and we will try our best to accommodate you. Our cemetery dirt and most other items are usually sent Priority Mail through the USPS. More fragile/rare items are sent through UPS. Please note that items sent by UPS will take longer to arrive.

Anything we send through UPS is automatically insured for its purchase price. Most of the items sent through USPS are not insured. If you would like insurance on an item please let us know and we can add the cost to your shipping total and invoice you with the new amount.

Refunds and Exchanges

We do not accept returns. If you have any questions about one of our items please convo us before purchasing. We will answer any and all questions about an item as best we can! We also prefer not to do exchanges but can if there is something grossly wrong with an item. Not all the items in our store can be used in an exchange situation. Please convo us for more information.

Additional Policies and FAQs

We can do custom cemetery jar labels but not in bulk. Please convo us if you would like more info. The charge for a custom label and jar starts at $50.
