Welcome to CollageWorks. I appreciate your business and therefore I take customer service very seriously. Please feel free to convo me with any questions about my mixed media art work/supplies and or the materials that I use. I will get back to you in a timely manner and keep you posted on the shipping of your purchase.

Payment

Payment is expected at the time of purchase. I only accept major credit cards/bank cards through the paypal system. No Money Orders or Personal Checks!

Shipping

All purchases are shipped within 2-3 business days after payment is received via USPS First Class - unless otherwise indicated in the shipping of a specific item.

Refunds and Exchanges

I do accept returns under limited circumstances. Each case is different, so I do not offer a general refund policy. I prefer to deal with each case on an individual basis. If you have any questions about the return and refund policy, please contact me and I'd be happy to answer them for you.
