Greetings! For your convenience, I've outlined my shop policies below. If you are interested in purchasing from me, I encourage you to take a few minutes to review each section. I strive to take care of each and every customer in a courteous and efficient manner. If you have a question that is not covered in the below sections, by all means, shoot me a convo!

Payment

Payment is due within three days. If you have not paid within that time, your order will be canceled and the item re-listed. I accept PayPal, personal checks, and money orders. Please be advised that your order will not be shipped until payment is received and posted.

*** Please note: Texas residents will be charged sales tax (8.25%). ***

Shipping

All orders shipped within the Continental USA are sent via USPS Parcel Post. Any orders going to Canada or elsewhere are shipped via USPS International (standard post). Shipping prices on my listings are a rough estimate--please convo me prior to ordering to double-check the cost of sending to your specific location.

Attention international buyers: you will be responsible for any customs charges that may arise in your particular location.

Refunds and Exchanges

I want you to be happy with your purchase. If for some reason you are not, please let me know before leaving feedback. I cannot make any guarantees, but I will do everything in my power to alleviate whatever problem may occur. Any returned items must still be in their original condition (exceptions may apply), and cost of shipping will not be refunded. If the item is not in the mail within 10 business days, you will not be refunded and our return arrangement will be void.

I am more than happy to accept custom orders! Please contact me with information on what you're looking for, whether it be an original idea or a reproduction of something in my "sold items" list, and I'll be glad to work up a quote for you.

*GIFT WRAPPING*

I package all of my items efficiently. My priority is to send your order safely and protected from rough handling. If you would like your items specially wrapped or sent with a card for that special someone, please let me know. Additional charges will apply.
