Alright, I'm an addict. I LOVE collecting beads and materials to make - just about anything.
However, My workspace is overflowing and I'm in a major "Clean House" mode!

Here's a few Store Policies:
Hours: we will be happy to respond to emails and process orders Monday thru Friday - but not on Saturday & Sundays.

Payment

Payment is expected within THREE days of order. If you plan on ordering more and would like to combine shipping, please convo me. A Deposit will be required to hold items more than THREE days.
We accept PayPal and Cash if you are a local buyer.

Shipping

International Shipments go out once a week - usually Thursday. For international shipping: I state everything to the best of my ability. This means I will NOT falsify or "smudge" postal documents for customs, or any other reason.

Refunds and Exchanges

I want everyone to be happy - but my business is not selling beads & supplies. I am merely trying to clean out and pass some savings on to a great group of Etsy people. I try to state everything openly and clearly in the listing. Therefore, No returns, refunds, or exchanges. But, If it means you leaving negative feedback, convo me first and maybe we can work something out.

Additional Policies and FAQs

I will be happy to leave Positive Feedback - once Positive feedback is received.
