Thanks for visiting my shop!

My journals are hand-crafted using natural, recycled, and upcycled materials. I take items that would have otherwise ended up in a landfill, and turn them into a tool of creation. I hope that my journals inspire you to write, draw, create!

Payment

--PayPal is the accepted form of payment.

--If no payment or contact is made within 2 days of purchase, the sale will be canceled and the item relisted.

Shipping

METHODS
--Smaller items are individually wrapped in handmade and/or hand-painted papers, and packed into self-sealing bubble-cushioned mailers.
--Larger items are individually wrapped in handmade and/or hand-painted papers, and packed into boxes.

US DOMESTIC
--Items are shipped within 3 business days of completed payment via First Class Mail.

INTERNATIONAL
--Items are shipped within 3 business days of completed payment via USPS First Class Mail International.
--All duties and customs fees are the responsibility of the buyer.

INSURANCE
--Insurance is available upon request, at the buyer's expense. Items lost/damaged in transit without insurance will not be replaced or refunded.

UPGRADES
--Shipping upgrades are available. Please contact me via Etsy Conversation to request an upgrade at the time of purchase.

Refunds and Exchanges

REFUNDS
--I want to make sure that you are happy with your purchase! Please contact me via Etsy Conversation with any questions before you purchase an item. I will refund any unused return items shipped within 15 days of receipt if you are displeased with your purchase for any reason (has not happened yet!). I cannot refund shipping costs.

DAMAGED/LOST ITEMS:
--I will replace a damaged/lost item if shipping insurance for the item was requested and purchased by the buyer. Due to the unique nature of my items, I can not necessarily provide an exact replica of lost or damaged items, but will be happy to work with you to create a custom replacement item.

Additional Policies and FAQs

--Items are not guaranteed to be acid-free or of archival quality. Due to the use of recycled and upcycled materials, as well as the use of paper treatments, items may "age" over time.

--All items are handmade! Please allow for some variations in the appearance of individual items, and variations from the shop photos.

--Additional gift wrapping is available upon request. Please inform me via Etsy Conversation at the time of purchase.
