Welcome

Hello! My name is Kristin, and this is my etsy shop where I sell my jewelry creations, crystals and a few other choice treasurables. My goal is to create unique, fun jewelry with high quality materials for a very reasonable price. I want to see everyone adorned in their favorite colors, so please help me achieve this goal!

Payment

I expect to be paid for items purchased no later than 48 hours after the transaction takes place. This is ample time to work through any paypal or other issues that might occur. Shipping

I ship all orders via USPS first class unless otherwise requested. When possible; delivery confirmation is also elected. Should you desire expedited shipping or insurance for order under 40 dollars please inquire. There will be a nominal fee in addition for these options.

Refunds and Exchanges

I do not accept returns or exchanges except in the case of item description being faulty. In this case I need to give you exact instructions of how to return the item and you will be required to purchase insurance on it. All other sales are final.

Additional Policies and FAQs

All jewelry comes with a limited 90 day guarantee. Any item found to have flaws in this time will be repaired by me upon customer funded return. This applies only to items used in their intended purpose.

Wire wrapped jewelry should be worn with caution near fine curly hair, mohair sweaters, and items that snag easily. Even with the ends tucked and all wires cut flush wire wrapped jewelry is delicate and can become snagged. This is not a design flaw.




I will discuss wholesale pricing on certain items with you. There are things that I can create a lot of and things I can't.
