Payment

We accept payment via PayPal. Please submit payment upon checkout.

Please make sure your PayPal address matches your mailing address.

If you have any questions about the check-out or payment process, just let us know.

Shipping

We are happy to ship internationally.

For both U.S. and international orders, we use USPS.
If you prefer a different carrier, just let us know.

We ship U.S. orders daily--always within two business days of payment, but usually sooner.
We ship internationally at least twice a week.

Custom order times vary by item, but we will determine the turn-around time before you agree to the purchase.
We make our shipping costs as reasonable as possible--no inflated prices here!

Please let us know if you would like to upgrade to Priority Mail (domestic or international), or if you would like to include insurance. If you opt for insurance, we will charge you only the actual insurance cost.

Refunds and Exchanges

All of CreativeSundries' items are 100% guaranteed.

If an item is not what you thought it would be, you can send it back for a full refund including shipping cost.

If you're interested in trading, just send us a convo. Even if we can't trade with you or if it's something I just can't use right now, I'll respond to all inquiries.

Gift Shipping/Secret Pal: We are secret-pal friendly--we can mail your purchase to your secret pal and include a mysterious gift card, from....? Also, we can ship directly to your gift recipient's address.
