Hello! Thank you for stopping by my Etsy shop!

I have been beading and making jewelry for as long as I can remember and I hope to continually improve my skills and develop my creativity. I will occasionally list some non-jewelry items, but I assure you that all products are handmade by me unless otherwise noted in the listing.

Do not hesitate to contact me if you have any comments, questions, or special requests. I do have a non-crafty day job, so please understand that I may sometimes need a day or so to get back to you.

Payment

I prefer PayPal (or credit card via PayPal without an account), but also accept well-concealed cash or check (mailed at your own risk). I will not ship out until payment has cleared. If you do not want to pay online, please notify me so that we can work out payment through US Mail.

If I have not received payment in 7 days (unless we have worked out a special arrangement), I will assume that you have changed your mind about the item and will cancel the sale and relist the item.

Shipping

Shipping charges listed include packaging and handling. Please let me know if you have any special requests for the shipping location, or else I will ship to the PayPal address provided.

I will ship all items within 3 business days of receiving payment via USPS First Class Mail. You may request Priority mail, expedited shipping, insurance and/or a courier other than the United States Postal Service at your own expense.

I try to be fair with the charges for International Shipping. However, if the cost for your particular location or shipping speed is much higher than the price I provide because of a decision the customer makes regarding shipping provider, I reserve the right to invoice the customer for the difference in price.

Please note that the customer will be responsible for any customs fees, brokerage fees, duties and/or taxes associated with their shipment above the actual cost of shipping/handling.

Refunds and Exchanges

Please contact me with any questions or concerns before leaving feedback if you are unhappy with your purchase.

I try to represent my work as accurately as possible in my photographs, but let me know if you receive something that does not meet your expectations. I do double-check and color correct my images in Photoshop before listing an item, but this is done to increase the accuracy of the photograph and is not intended to falsely enhance the colors or to mislead the customer.

If something is lost or damaged in the mail, I will work with you to try and figure out a fair solution. I will give refunds or exchanges in certain cases involving product quality, NOT to change color, style, or sizing of the item.

Please let me know within 14 days of purchase if you are not satisfied with an item and we will work something out.

Please keep in mind that I sometimes use vintage elements in my work that may show some wear from age (such as missing rhinestones, etc) . I do not consider these type of imperfections to be damage and will try to note in the product desriptions/photos if there are areas like this on your product.
