CUSTOMER SERVICE

We value our customers and strongly believe in customer satisfaction. We make sure our customers are very comfortable ordering from us. We know how nerve racking it can be ordering online. We keep you well informed on the status of your order; from as soon as you place your order with us, until it arrives in your hand.

You will receive the following emails from us, sent through Etsy Conversations (Convo's):

1. Order Confirmation - once payment has been received
2. Shipment Confirmation - once order has been sent (usually the following morning)
3. Final Follow-Up - sent a few days before we anticipate your order will arrive

Our business and home are pet free and smoke free.

PAYMENT
========

Payment through PayPal is due with 24 hours of completing the checkout process.

If you purchase more than one item from us, you may wait to send payment. We will calculate the combined shipping and send you a combined invoice through PayPal. If you do send payment right away, any S&H overpayment will be automatically refunded.

SHIPPING ADDRESS

If your Etsy and PayPal address do not match, your order will be held until you contact us to confirm the "Ship To" address through Etsy Convo or in the "Message to Seller" box.

COMBINED SHIPPING
=================

We offer combined shipping when possible. Rates vary and cost is determined by the overall size and weight of the package.

It is difficult to offer combined shipping with items sent by Light Packet as this service has more size and weight restrictions.

Note: When a combined shipping rate is applied, any free items are combined as well. Example: If purchasing two lights sets, as we are combining two shipping charges into one, only one key chain is given, not two.

TRANSIT TIME
===========

We send all orders through the postal service.

A business day does not include day of mailing (carriers refer to this as "Day 0"), weekends, or holidays where there is no postal service.

USA - Estimated between 8 to 12 business days to Continental US destinations, and will depend on your location. Alaska, Hawaii, APO/FPO destinations etc, will take longer.

If there are any delays at the border, which does occur from time to time, this will add on additional transit time.

If your purchase is required by a specific date, please check with us for our estimated arrival time before you buy, to avoid disappointment.

Refunds and Exchanges

REFUND POLICY

Our products are carefully made by hand and tested before shipping. If you are not completely satisfied, we offer our customers a THIRTY (30) DAY REFUND POLICY. To qualify for a refund, you must advise us immediately upon receipt of order and the complete order must be returned to us prepaid within thirty (30) days.

HANDLING TIME
============

Orders are usually processed and sent out within 24 hours of our Order Confirmation email.

Exceptions are:

- if there are problems with the information provided with your purchase
- payment is a PayPal eCheck (takes at least 4 business days to clear)
- orders received from Friday through Sunday will go out the following Monday
- orders placed 2 business days prior to a major holiday/long weekend go out after the holiday

High volume shopping times may result in a slight delay (one additional business day).

GIFT PURCHASES
==============

If we are sending your purchase as a gift to a US destination, please keep in mind that as this is crossing the border (we're in Canada), our package must have a customs document on the outside. There is no way around this.

This document includes both contents and true value (which is also required for insurance purposes). We do try and keep the description to a minimum, so even though we write that it is a belt buckle, brass pen or clock, they will at least get a nice surprise when they see what a unique gift it is!

DUTY AND TAXES

USA - Orders valued over $200 may have additional duties and/or other fees due upon delivery. These fees are the responsibility of the buyer. True value is marked on all customs forms and our invoice is included in the order.
