Thanks for taking the time to read my policies. I will do my very best to make sure you are happy with your purchase, and answer any questions you might have.

Payment

I accept PayPal. I would love to receive payment at the time of purchase!

Shipping

I ship using good old USPS First Class with delivery confirmation. The Delivery Confirmation number will be sent to the email you have on file with Etsy, and your item will be shipped out within 2-3 days of payment. If you need your item sooner, please let me know and I can send it Priority Mail or Express. I will just bill you the additional shipping costs.

If you live outside of the United States and would like to purchase an item from Carrie Girl, just convo me and I will reserve the item for you and add your shipping cost to the listing.

Refunds and Exchanges

I put a lot of love and time into making quality handmade goods, and hope that you enjoy your Carrie Girl purchase as much as I enjoyed making it. If, however, you find that there is an issue with your item please contact me as soon as you can. Each return is handled on a case by case basis, and my intention is for both parties to be happy!
