My lampwork beads are flameworked in my home studio near Madison, Wisconsin. All of the beads that pass initial inspection are annealed in a digitally controlled kiln to strengthen them. Once the annealing process is complete, the beads are cleaned to remove bead release and are inspected for imperfections. Even though annealing strengthens them, they can chip, crack, and/or break if treated roughly

I strive to take accurate pictures, however these are enlarged for viewing. Please check the sizes (25.4mm = 1 inch). In addition, there may be color variations due to computer monitors.

Shipping

I ship within 3 business days of payment.

I do everything I can to make sure your order arrives safely! Your beads will be carefully packaged and shipped in a padded envelope. If you want your package insured, please contact me.

Refunds and Exchanges

I hope you like your purchase,but if you are not satisfied with your order, please contact me. You may return the beads at your cost within two weeks of purchase and receive a full refund of the original price of the item (no refund on shipping charges).
