Payment

I will accept Paypal through Etsy.

Other forms of payment may be accepted. Please contact me PRIOR to buying if you are using an alternative method of payment to see if it is accepted.

Shipping

All items will be shipped once payment is received.

Shipping is sent out 1-2 days after the order and payment is received.

International shipping costs vary from place to place, so please contact me prior to making a purchase.

I use 1st class shipping for all orders, unless otherwise requested. Shipping costs reflect only the cost of shipping and are as accurate as possible.
You may upgrade your shipping and add insurance. Please contact me before ordering or immediately after to alert me to this.

If you are ordering an item over $20, I will add the insurance for free.

Refunds and Exchanges

I take great care in packaging up your items so that they will arrive safely to their destination.


For Ceramic Art:
If you, for some reason, are unsatisfied with your purchase, please return it within 5 days of receiving it for a refund of item, minus shipping costs.

For Paintings:
Due to large nature of most of my paintings I will only refund the payment if there is an issue with shipping or damage to the artwork. Please contact me immediately if there is a problem.
