Payment

Payment is only accepted by Paypal and is due within 3 days of ordering. Cancellations should happen within 24 hours of ordering. Purchasers are responsible for all import duty that may be required in the destination country.

Shipping

All items are sent First Class within 24 hours (weekdays) apart from custom orders, where delivery times may differ. To other countries, outside Europe, Airmail is used to ensure quick delivery.

Refunds and Exchanges

If you are unhappy with any item purchased from my shop you may return it for a full refund with seven days of receipt. Please do not ship goods back to me without previously contacting me explaining why you need to return the goods. Damaged goods will be replaced upon request once the original item is received back.

I can supply wholesale. Please convo me for more information about pricing etc. I'm afraid that I cannot provide goods on consignment, however.

All printed items are produced using my Epson R2400 with original Epson Ultrachrome inks giving excellent vibrancy and archival qualities. Papers vary, but I always use quality archival papers where possible (for instance, for cards.)
