Payment

Only PayPal accepted. Items will not ship until payment has been confirmed.

Shipping

Shipping charges include packing materials and handling. Item(s) are shipped via first class USPS. Should you prefer a different method of shipping please contact me to make arrangements. I will notify you once item(s) have been shipped and the estimated arrival date. Orders over $30 will be insured. Please notify me if your order is under $30 and you wish to ensure it.

Refunds and Exchanges

Should your item(s) arrive damaged please email me at tinyterrordesigns [!at] yahoo.com and attach a copy of the damaged product. Arrangements will be made for replacement or refund. Replacements will be shipped for free. Refunds do not include shipping.

If your item(s) are lost I will immediately flog the post master and send a replacement as soon as possible.

If you are not happy with the product once it arrives please convo me with your (very nicely put) complaints and arrangements will be made.

In the case of a replacement please keep in mind that I am currently working full time, going to school part time and have a 4 year old to care for. Your replacement will take priority over all other craft projects but not my life. :)

Please convo me with any custom orders. Schedule, and skill, permitting I am willing to take custom orders.
