Each piece of jewelry is lovingly and painstakingly handcrafted by me with great care taken to use only the highest quality components. It is very important to me that you be happy with your item. So, I encourage you to email me with any questions you might have prior to purchase. I will reply promptly answering any questions that you might have, and am happy to email extra photos of an item.

Custom Orders always welcome. Please message me for more information.

Payment

Payment Options: Payment may be made by PayPal, personal check or money order. I prefer Paypal If paying via personal check, item will ship as soon as the check clears.


International Buyers: Payment accepted via Paypal only, please.

Shipping

If purchasing multiple items, please wait for me to send an invoice before paying to ensure that you get the shipping discount. Shipping and handling is $2.50 for USPS First Class Mail. Shipping is FREE for each additional jewelry item that you purchase within a 3 day period. The shipping and handling cost for international orders is 3.50. Insurance available for an additional fee. Please contact me for more information.

Refunds and Exchanges

All sales are final.

That said, I will offer a refund in worst case scenarios. If your item arrives broken or does not fit please contact me within 10 days of date of purchase, and I will do my best to make it right.
