Welcome

Thank you for visiting my shop. I love beautiful beads, and I am passionate about transforming them into wearable art jewelry. This is a convo-friendly shop. If you have questions or comments, I'd love to hear from you.

Payment

Immediate payment is appreciated. If I do not receive payment within 24 hours I will attempt to contact you about when you wish to pay. If I receive neither payment nor a response to my email / convo within three days, the order will be canceled. However, if you know you will need longer than three days to pay, please contact me about reserving the item. I am happy to work with you, I just need to know what's going on.

Payments are accepted through PayPal (including credit cards, which are processed through PayPal. This is possible even if you do not have a PayPal Account.), and Revolution Money Exchange (RME).

To Pay by RME, simply select "other" as your method of payment and I will email the RME invoice to your email address on file with Etsy, unless you let me know at checkout that you wish for me to send it to a different email address.

Shipping

Items ship in 2-3 business days from date payment clears by USPS First Class mail with delivery confirmation. If you need your item faster, and wish either for me to mail it more quickly or ship by a faster method, please contact me to discuss. I'm happy to work with you if possible.

I am happy to ship internationally, also by USPS First Class mail. Any duties imposed by your country are your responsibility. Due to the severe penalties for writing inaccurate information on customs forms, I will not be able to entertain any requests to state inaccurate information in an effort to reduce the duties that may be imposed on the package.

Refunds and Exchanges

If you order from me you will receive a high quality product. With this in mind, please understand that due to the pressures of running a small business I am not able to accept returns. If you feel that you need to see the product at a different angle, or see a particular detail that is not shown in the photograph, please contact me for more photos before purchasing. However, I do want you to be happy with your purchase. If you are not happy for whatever reason, please contact me to see what we can work out.

RING SIZING issues: If you decide after receiving your ring that you would rather have a different size, I am happy to remake the ring for you in another size. However, since the new ring will consume more materials as well as a significant amount of my time, I must charge a small fee for this service. The fee for remaking copper rings in a different size is $5, the fee for remaking sterling silver rings is $10, and the fee for remaking 14kt gold filled rings is $12. You will also be responsible for shipping costs both ways. The new ring will ship within 2-3 days after I receive the original back.

Additional Policies and FAQs

Trading: I am a picky trader, but please ask! I generally only trade for things that I actually need or find so tempting that I can't pass it up. Please don't be offended if I'm not able to trade with you!
