I ask you kindly to read my policies to avoid possible problems. My mother language is Portuguese, I do speak and write in English, but sometimes I do mistakes and please, feel free to send me a message at any time for questions related to my work.

I make sure all my items are well crafted packed accordingly, so it will reach you in the best condition possible. and I take hours to make them, sometimes days. My prices are fair, I will never compete with cheap mass produced prices out there. I do value my handmade work and if a client is satisfied, I am very happy about it.


They are usually printed on Fuji Christal Archive paper matte finish that has a great quality and last over a lifetime.

I work in a smoke free enviroment.

Payment

Pixie Blossoms accepts credit cards VIA PAYPAL. If you would like to use a credit card, you may do so through Paypal. Paypal is completely secure (for more information, please visit their security information page.)

ALL PRICES IN US DOLLARS. I am PAYPAL verified with a premier account since 2004. I keep my customer records confidential.

All orders must be paid before shipping. I expect payment at checkout.

Shipping

SHIPPING and HANDLING:

HANDMADE items will be sent out within 3 business day (Monday to Friday only) of receipt of payment. I ship via USPS Priority Mail plus delivery confirmation to USA and International First Class to abroad. Please read below about international orders.

If you need a faster shipping service, you must contact me in advance.

Sale and Clearance items will be mailed by FIRST CLASS MAIL only.

*****My shipping charges include all costs related to shipping, including packing supplies.

If you don't receive your package within 8 weeks please contact me for a full refund. Sometimes packages can get lost and they can be tracked in this time frame.

International orders are shipped via First Class International (USPS) which at this time, offers no tracking. I cannot be held responsible for pacakges that are lost once they leave the US. However if you would like an upgrade to Priority or Global International please feel free to inquire about the costs.

Please note: International customers are responsible for any and/or all Customs fees, taxes, and duties associated with shipping & purchasing to their respective countries, should they be assessed. Most country's Customs agencies open and/or assess fees to a random selection of packages. Any customs fees, taxes, tariffs, duties, etc. that may be incurred at the time of delivery would be at the discretion of your country's tax regulations. I have no way of calculating how much these fees would be, should they occur, and I am not responsible for those charges. For any additional information please refer to your local customs agency.

Refunds and Exchanges

I accept returns, but shipping costs are not refundable. You must return the item you purchased in its original condition and I will refund the item price as soon as I get the item from you.

Returns are accepted within 15 days of purchase.

Buyer pays return shipping.

International orders: Returns will not be accepted due to customs fees.


LOST MAIL:

Please contact me if you have not received your package in 4 weeks from the date I've mailed to you.

Tracking IS NOT provided on international packages so you need to contact me if a package does not arrive. International packages will not be considered lost until 60 days after shipping.
