Payment

Payment is expected at the time of order.

Shipping

I ship to your PAYPAL address...
Please make sure that your shipping address as entered in Etsy matches your address in PayPal (if paying via that method), OR that you contact me if there is a discrepancy.

Shipping is via USPS and UPS. All US shipping includes tracking and insurance.

A shipping confirmation with tracking info will be sent to you when your package is ready to ship.

Refunds and Exchanges

Should your purchase not meet your expectations, you can return the item for a refund less shipping and fees. Please send me an email before shipping, and mail it back to me within 4 days of receiving.
