I mail out orders usually within 3 or 4 days of receiving payment.

Payment

I can only accept PayPal payments. You don't have a PayPal account? No problem! You may still make a payment with your credit card through PayPal even without an account.

Immediate payment is expected. Please contact me if you are having problems with the checkout process.

If you fail to make your payment and do not contact me I will cancel the sale within 1 day if it is a one of a kind piece, and within 4 days otherwise.

Shipping

Pieces are shipped inside a gift box tied with a ribbon and ready for gift giving. I stuff boxes inside a bubble mailer to ensure safe arrival.

I ship to the address you provided to Etsy, not PayPal. Please make sure this address is current and correct.

Orders are shipped from Argentina, so allow approximately 20 days arrival from date of payment. I ship my orders by air through Correo Argentino (Argentine Post Office). I use "Pequeños Paquetes Certificados" which requires a signature. If nobody is home to sign for the package, you might have to make a trip to the post office. This shipping is very safe, I have shipped close to 300 packages through it, and haven't lost a single one. :)

Refunds and Exchanges

I do accept returns under limited circumstances. Contact me as soon as possible so we may discuss it. Generally a return postmarked within 20 days of my shipping of an item to you will be acceptable. However, custom orders may not apply.

Postage costs for a returned item will not be refunded unless it was an error on my part.

Also note that if an item is lost or damaged in transit back to me, I may be unable to refund the cost, so please ensure items are well packaged and insured/tracked if you are concerned.
