Payment

Currently we accept Paypal, Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover all processed through Paypal.

*If payment is not received within 24 hrs. after purchase your order will be canceled. :)

*If you send an E-CHECK, your items will NOT BE MADE/or SHIPPED UNTIL PAYMENT HAS CLEARED.

Shipping

Keep in mind it takes 5-7 business days to process/make your order. Please also take into account delivery time as follows:

U.S. customers: Priority mail takes 3-4 business days (EXCLUDING WEEKENDS & ALL HOLIDAYS).

International customers: Packages are sent out once a week on either Friday or Saturday. Packages can take 2-4 weeks to arrive. *All international customers are responsible for any tax/duty fees that may occur. I also declare the full value on each package and always check the "other" box with the description fully stated.

Refunds and Exchanges

If something is damaged/defective please let me know within 7 days of receipt and I can offer an even exchange.

OR if for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, just let me know why & you can return the product for a FULL refund.

*Due to the amount of time each custom item takes, "custom" items are non refundable.

Additional Policies and FAQs

Custom "Original" Necklaces: We make every attempt to make your order to your specifications. In instances where fonts/legibility/special characters are an issue, we may upgrade you to the 2 color original free.
