Thank you for visiting my shop! I welcome all questions, suggestions, and ideas. Please contact me if you have special requests.

Payment

sparrow accepts Paypal, money order, and checks. Payment must be received before items are shipped.

Shipping

Orders in the USA are shipped USPS First Class, which does not offer tracking. All orders totaling $50 or more are insured. If you would like faster shipping, or tracking, please contact me to make arrangements.

If you want your order shipped to an address other than your own, or if you have differing addresses in Etsy and Paypal, please note the correct shipping address in "Notes to Seller."

Customers requiring international shipping are responsible for fees, customs, tariffs, etc.

Refunds and Exchanges

All orders are eligible for return. Please contact me within one week of receipt if you wish to make a return. No returns will be accepted more than one month after shipping date.

If, before purchase, you have some concerns about the size or shape of a piece, please contact me to discuss before ordering--we can make sure the piece is just right for you before shipping, and reduce the likelihood of return.

If your order arrives damaged, please contact me to arrange return. Items damaged in shipping will be replaced upon receipt of return, or will be refunded, as the customer requests.

Refunds do not include shipping charges.
