I am a Brit designer living in the US. I have a BA(Hons) in Fashion and an MA in Textiles for Fashion from London's Central St. Martin's School of Art. I worked in the fashion industry in London and NYC before taking a break to have children.

In my shop you will find distinctive, limited edition jewelry. Using the finest leathers, many from Italy, these unique pieces are made to create a 'buzz'. All of my work is a labour of love, each piece is handcrafted with professionalism and attention to detail to offer you something modern, earthy, beautiful and a little off beat...

I aim to sell what I would be happy to receive.

The info below will hopefully answer all questions that you may have with regarding shop policy, shipping & payment options.

Payment

This shop accepts Paypal only. (You do not require a Paypal account to pay with Paypal)

Kindly make payment upon checking out.

Unfortunately, orders will be cancelled after that period if payment has not been made.

Shipping

In stock items will be shipped out promptly within 48 business hours of receipt of payment.

Made to order items will be shipped out within 2-5 business days- though it can take longer during busy periods. I will advice you of when to expect your purchase.

Shipping time does not include weekends, so please take this into consideration when placing your order.

All items are packaged in boxes and then into padded envelopes for utmost care.

If you are contemplating a large or costly order, I recommend you upgrade to USPS Priority Mail shipping, for a reasonably small extra fee.

Mail sent from the U.S.A is very reliable and there are rarely any problems.

***Please note that I cannot be held responsible for missing items if NOT purchased through USPS Priority Mail.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
All international orders will be boxed and bubble wrapped for safety regardless of destination.

CUSTOMS AND IMPORT DUTIES.
Please note that I have no control over, and cannot be responsible for any customs fees or other duties which may be applied to your order by officials in your country. If you have any questions, please check with your local customs organisation.

All of my customs forms are labelled as 'fashion accessories' for jewellery purchases.

Refunds and Exchanges

NOT HAPPY WITH YOUR ORDER?
Please contact me! I will be happy to offer a full refund, minus shipping cost, or exchange or merchandise credit. Please contact me at geetapatel [!at] juno.com within 3 days of your purchase for refunds/exchanges/credits.

IF YOU ARE REALLY UNHAPPY:
Items can be returned if they are posted back to me within 5 days of receipt of item. It's important that you contact me prior to posting to confirm the return is acceptable, and give me the postage details for returning the item.

***However, I cannot offer refunds on custom-made items which I cannot resell.

***Shipping costs cannot be refunded unfortunately.


PLANNING ON RETURNING AN ITEM?
Remember to kindly email me at geetapatel [!at] juno.com BEFORE returning item, stating which item you are returning, and the reason why. Items must be in the original unused condition. ***Items must be packaged well in a strong box and or bubble wrap to prevent damage- as we cannot accept responsibilty for goods damaged in return shipping. Once any return is received, I will email you.

Of course, we hope you will be happy with your purchase instead!
