Payment

Retro Mama accepts payments made through PayPal, which allows you to pay directly from your PayPal account or with credit or debit cards. Paying with PayPal is quick, easy, and safe! If you do not have a PayPal account, you will be instructed on how to pay when you check out through the PayPal website. I do not accept checks or money orders. Sales tax will be charged to orders shipped to Wisconsin. As per Etsy's policies, payment is expected within three (3) days of checkout. I will send a reminder invoice to you via PayPal on the second day; if payment is not received in within the 3-day time period then I will cancel your order and relist the item.

Shipping

In stock items will be shipped within 1-3 business days. I ship via USPS to your PayPal address. If you would like the item sent to someone else, please change the name and address in PayPal when you check out, and let me know if you would like me to send a note along with the package, which I will happily do for no charge. I'm happy to combine shipping for multiple purchases.

I recommend purchasing shipping insurance so you may try to get reimbursed by the USPS should something happen to your package in transit. Packages take a minimum of 3 weeks to arrive in Canada from my location.

Refunds and Exchanges

Your satisfaction is very important to me! Please contact me if you are in any way unsatisfied with your order. Defective items may be returned within 30 days of receipt for a refund or store credit, minus shipping charges. I will refund shipping charges only on defective items. The item must be returned in the condition in which you received it (e.g. in re-saleable condition—unused, unworn, unwashed, with no cigarette or other odors, alterations, etc.). I keep photographs of all items I send out so I know the condition in which they left my hands. I will not give refunds for items that have not been returned to me. Items listed as samples and seconds may have slight irregularities. All sales are final on custom orders, and on items labeled as "samples" or "seconds".

You must notify me prior to returning an item so that it will not be returned to you. Please e-mail or convo me to discuss any returns/repairs/refunds/etc.

:: Custom Orders ::

Custom orders are welcome! I take on a limited number of custom orders each month, determined by my current work load. Payment in full is required prior to my beginning work on custom orders.

:: Customer Service ::

I try to answer e-mails and convos within 24 hours, pending cooperation from my two little boys. If you don't hear from me within that time please try again as sometimes messages can disappear. I am happy to answer questions about any of my items.

Your feedback is greatly appreciated! If you have any trouble with your order, please contact me before leaving feedback. If I don't know there's a problem, I can't fix it!
