Hi there! My name is Jaime and I love to craft. I bring quality handmade items at a great price to you! Please see my shop for details!

Payment

I accept any kind of Paypal payment. Please make sure that your address is confirmed and matches the address listed on Etsy. Payment must be made within 3 days of sold date. If payment is not made in the time given the item will be relisted.

Shipping

I ship using USPS Priority Mail within the US. You may request upgraded shipping via priority outside the US but you will be billed extra. No insurance if offered unless requested at which time your bill will be re-sent to you reflecting that price. If insurance is not purchased I the seller cannot be held responsible for lost or stolen packages. I always use delivery confirmation.

Please allow for 2 weeks for completion for your item. Items are made as orders come in. Please allow for shipment time which will vary. If you need yours quickly please convo me and we can work it out. Thanks!

Refunds and Exchanges

Items may be returned if there was a seller error with your order. Other refunds cannot be made. If there is a problem with your order you must contact me with the problem within 7 days of receiving the item. If an error is found a replacement will be shipped at no cost to the buyer. Proof of error must be submitted to be considered for a replacement.
