If you want your item to arrive by Christmas, please make sure you have placed your order by the dates below. If you buy something after these dates, it may arrive by Christmas, but will most likely be too late.

To the UK: Friday 18th December
Europe, USA and Canada: Tuesday 8th December
Rest of world, including Australia and New Zealand: Wednesday 2nd December

Payment

I take payment by Paypal from anywhere, and if you are also in the UK, I am able to accept a cheque. Just let me know and I can convert the price to Pounds Sterling for you.

Shipping

All items are posted from the United Kingdom. I try and post them out as soon as possible - usually within two days, always within five days. I use Royal Mail First Class within the UK (let me know if you would like to pay for Recorded/Special Delivery) and standard Airmail to everywhere else. Please note that international buyers are responsible for any and all duties and customs charges that may be incurred.

I try and use recycled packaging where possible. If you would prefer me to use something brand new for your package, just let me know.

Refunds and Exchanges

If you receive your item and it is damaged, let me know within 28 days and I will happily replace or refund it. If it just isn't to your liking, you can send it back within 14 days and I will refund the purchase price, minus the cost of the postage. I obtain proof of posting for every package I send out.
