Welcome

Here at Olivetree, we like the unexpected: from big, dramatic fascinators to simple upcycled headbands, we hope every item will knock your socks off. We also lovelovelove custom orders and hope you will not hesitate to ask us about anything.

Payment

We prefer RME and also accept Paypal. Payment is due within 7 (seven) days of sale. If you would like to pay by RME, simply select "other" as your method of payment when checking out, and I'll send you an invoice. Or send the total to olivetree [at] gmail.com via your RME account.

Shipping

We ship USPS First Class mail unless otherwise requested-- it's affordable and reliable (though it can be a bit slow around holidays). If you would like to be upgraded to Priority mail, please leave a note for the seller.

We visit the post office at least twice a week, so your item is never more than three days away from being shipped! International orders are welcome.

Fascinators are shipped in white gift boxes for easier traveling and storage. Stitch markers are packaged in plain bags to prevent scratching. Headbands like it in bubble mailers, 'cause it's soft in there.

Refunds and Exchanges

If your unworn item does not meet your expectations, we will gladly refund it within seven days of receipt. Please contact us through a convo or at beca.olivetree [at] gmail.com to arrange your return.

Additional Policies and FAQs

Gift wrapping (with a customized note!) is available for an extra $2. We will gladly ship to a gift recipient: please leave a note for the seller.

In an effort to continually reduce our carbon footprint, we use recycled shipping materials as often as possible. Please let us know if you'd like all-new materials.

Lovingly crafted in a cat-friendly, smoke-free home, though Jake the Cat keeps his distance (he doesn't like the glue smells).
