I am Azmera~ which means Harvest in Amharic... Thank you so much for visiting my little space...

-All my garments are handmade. I use 100% cotton material and some recycled material.
-I double stitch and overcast stitch for every garment to make sure for durability.
-All of my garments are pre-washed and Reay to Wear!~
-My prices are determined on the type of fabric used and the time and energy of creating the creation.
-I put nothing but love and positive energy in everything I make in hopes of it inspiring you!

Payment

I accept paypal most of the time. When I have access to a U.S address which would mean I am in the states at the time in that case I will accept money orders. I will ship your items out to you as soon as the money order arrives.

Shipping

**** if I over charge shipping by as little as 1 dollor I will refund you!****

Because I spend most my time out of the states my shipping prices are one based price. It is usually less, so I shall refund you in Paypal if that is the case. If it is so that the shipping is more(which happens alot) I will take up the cost of that. No worries.
Seeing that I ship from from out of the states I would like to offer insurance but you must pay for that. Im sure we can work something out. (contact me for details

Refunds and Exchanges

Your happiness is very important to me so I take extra steps in making sure that you are in love and happy with your purchase so there is no cause for a return or refund..
I am a one mama small business right now so it is hard to afford alot of returns.. So for now I have set some policies in play so it can work for the both of us..
Please dont hesitate to ask as many question as you like before buying!!!

Refunds: for already made items, ready to ship (not custom order)

I list measurements as accurately as possible, so please be sure to compare those to your own before purchasing.
*Please for misfits.. I list measurements as accurately as possible yet I try to make work things out before there is a reason for refund... In any case I understand that sometimes you get the fit wrong I would be more than happy to make small alterations to make your outfit better fit you.....

I will accept refunds on these terms:
*Must be contacted within 2 days of recieving the item
*Must be a reasonable reason for the return.. so all returns all dealt with on a case to case basic.. I will not accept refunds for change of mind cases because I take honest pictures and list accurate measurements...
*Because of fee's from etsy and paypal and the time and energy it takes to handle there will be a 8 % restocking fee. an there will be no refund on the shipping an handling.
***there will be no refund if you do not try to settle the situation with me first and go and give negative feedback with out giving me a chance to make everything positive.. I have very good communication and love to make the energy positive so there will be no negative feedback needed!

***Custom Made Orders****

I work very hard on my custom orders.. there will be no refunds on custom orders for anything you wear... I will deal with refunds or exchange on bags on a case to case basis.

If this is a custom order,I get close to accurate measurements from you and the concept of the design. (I now have a measurement chart for you to follow.) I double check with photo's before shipment to make sure there is no problem. I do my best in communicating with you in order to keep the energy positive and make sure nothing goes wrong so there will be no cause for a refund.

*If by chance you dont like the final picture of your custom order and there will be a 15% deposit fee deducted from the refund (and no shipping refund) because I am a small business and the materials cost with the time an energy spent.. (this is also for change of minds, back outs, wrong measurements on your part)

***Again I dont plan on that happen.. I work my hardest to communicate so there will be no reason for any negativity.. I make sure your in love before I ship it out***

Additional Policies and FAQs

When will it be here?

I usually will ship within 48 hours of receipt of payment. If your item is custom made It will take 5-10 days before shipment (this is depending on my location and what number you are on my customer order list. pls contact for details)
It takes about 1-3 weeks to arrive to your location.

I love custom made things, so if you have ideals let me know... and Im a buyer also.. Very much into Bartering ... so if your into that... let me know.. and we can do some trades!!!
