Welcome to my shop! I hope that you will enjoy wearing my jewelry as much as I enjoyed designing and making it. I am grateful that God has given me the opportunity to share something that I enjoy so much. I am learning several new techniques and will be posting new items regularly so please stop by often to see my new items. I am convo friendly and am always happy to chat.

Payment

Payment is expected the day of purchase. I accept Paypal, credit cards and RME at this time. If you are paying with Paypal through Etsy, after you purchase you will need to click the button to go to your Paypal account and finish payment there. You can also pay via credit card through Paypal. If you are paying through RME please click other and leave me a note in the note to seller section and I will send you an invoice.

Shipping

I ship the next business day after payment has cleared using first class mail. If you wish to have an item insured please let me know and I will send you a revised bill. I will however insure with tracking in the US if the order is over $50.00 at no extra charge to you. Packages shipped within the US will have delivery confirmation. I ship all of my jewelry in a bag inside a box with cotton padding inside a bubble mailer to protect the items. Shipping internationally may cause your parcel to attract fees or duties when delivered. These fees are the responsibility of the buyer and are not included in the price of the item.

Refunds and Exchanges

***A Word About COLOR**** I try very hard to accurately represent my product through photographs and description. I want you to be completely happy with your purchase! A lot of people don't realize that the color of the image can vary widely from one computer monitor to another. What looks pink on one computer can be red or orange on another computer etc. If the exact color of the item is very important to you and you are unable to determine the shade through my description, please send me a Convo and I'll give you as much detail about the color as I can.

Returns and refund - I will accept returns within 30 days. If an item breaks I will be happy to repair it for you. Refunds are issued when I receive the item in its original condition. If an item arrives to you broken and is non-repairable I will be happy to replace it with a different item of the same value or give a refund, once the original item is returned to me. Return postage is the responsibility of the buyer, however I will ship the repaired or replaced item back to you at no extra charge.

I am always happy to do custom orders. I do ask for a non- refundable 50% down to cover materials and my time.
