Payment

My preferred method of payment is Paypal. However, I will accept money orders. If you are paying by money order , your item will not be shipped until the money order is received and cashed. Thank you for understanding.

Even if you don't have a PayPal account you can still purchase using any major credit/debit card or directly from your checking account. If you want to take advantage of this option just go ahead and click pay after your purchase. You will then be directed to a screen that asks for your PayPal account information or on the left of the screen it says "Don't have a PayPal account?" Click continue. Then you will be able to enter your credit/debit card info or checking account info. Your purchase is not complete without this information.

I am now accepting RME payments. If you would like to pay with RME select "other" and put your RME email address in the message to seller.

Shipping

All items purchased will be shipped within 3 days of receiving payment. I ship using USPS Parcel Post.

I will ship outside of the U.S. even if it does not say so in my item listing. Please convo me for shipping price.

Refunds and Exchanges

Returns are accepted if the item is damaged. I will refund or exchange your item for another one if you contact me within 3 days of receipt. I will refund or exchange your item after I received the item back from the buyer.

Additional Policies and FAQs

I welcome Alchemy & custom orders. Please allow up to 2 weeks for custom tutus, depending on the size of your order. I will quote you a time frame before you place a custom order.
