Zygomatics sells handmade fancy, unique and kawaii accessories to happy people like you!

The Zygomatics style is inspired by japanese fashion, kawaii attitude, sweets and everything that surrounds her creator, 25-years old Chloe from Switzerland.

Our jewelries and accessories are entirely handmade by one single person. We guarantee no fingerprints on polymer clay items and durability for each product listed on etsy.

Payment

We accept Paypal only.

Payment is expected at checkout. Please contact us before buying if you need more time to pay.

Shipping

We ship worldwide from Switzerland.

Orders are shipped within 3 open days.

Delivery time takes about:
* europe : 4-7 open days
* usa : 7-15 open days
- open days exclude weekends & bank holidays

We don't provide any tracking numbers with regular shipping. If you would like a tracking number, you have to upgrade for registered mail, which cost 6$ extra. Please contact us to upgrade shipping.

We advise italian customers to upgrade for registered mail.

Refunds and Exchanges

All items are carefully packed and secured with bubble wrap or sent in small boxes to avoid bending.

If something gets broken in route, please contact us to work toward a solution.

We don't accept any exchanges for sizes. Every item has a size that you can find in the item description, please check the sizes before buying.

Our items are made for adults and teenagers. They should not be given to young children.

• How to take care of your Zygomatics goods
All the Zygomatics jewelry is handmade and requires a certain amount of care. You should keep your jewelry in a safe place, for example in a jewelry box, to prevent damages. Treat your felt accessories carefully too.
Avoid any contact with water.

• Custom orders
Zygomatics does accept custom orders, as long as your wishes stay in the Zygomatics style and that we are able to find the supplies. Please email us to let you know your wishes.

• Wholesales
If you are interested in selling our goods, please do email us with what you are interested in and in what quantity.
