Welcome

Hi and welcome to Deronda designs...I enjoy the time I spend at the torch making the beads and while I strive to make the "perfect" bead, they are handmade and each one is unique. Enjoy browsing, and check back now and then as I am always trying to add new beads as they are made.

Payment

I accept Paypal, and would appreciate payment within 3 days. If there is a problem, please let me know and we will work something out.

If payment is not received within 3 days, I will try and contact you through Etsy and email. If I get no response after 5 days of the sale, I will cancel the sale and relist the item(s).

Please NOTE I am required to collect sales tax for those customers that reside in the state of North Dakota. The tax will be added when you go to Paypal to remit payment.

Shipping

Shipping: All items ship within 3 business days of receipt of payment. Your items come safely packaged with plenty of cushion.

Shipping costs: Shipping is $3.00 for the first items and $0.50 for each additional for US domestic first class. If you wish to have your item insured please add that to the note to seller and I will send you a new pay pal invoice with an additional $1.50 fee added on.

International fees are listed with the items. For international buyers, please contact me for shipping charges if it isn't listed. Buyers are responsible for any additional fees generated by the sale.

Refunds and Exchanges

Returns: If you are unsatisfied with an item please contact me within 5 business days of receiving your item to explain why. I will refund your money (minus shipping charges) once the item is returned to me.
