Welcome to Ruby's Dubies. Feel free to convo me with any questions you might have. I love creating jewelry that inspires me for one reason or another. I am not faithful to any one style or design. I love to combine vintage, eclectic, victorian, modern and feminine with new and old. Versatility is key. I try to price my items moderately. I love sales and I know others do to...so, check back often...you might find something you can't live without. All items mailed FREE within the United States.

Payment

Ah, the payment....please pay for purchases within 72 hours. Once payment has been received, it will promptly be packaged and mailed. If something comes up and you cannot make payment within 72 hours, please convo me. Communication is key. I want you to be happy with your purchase. All non-payment orders will be cancelled and negative feedback left if no contact after 7 days of order date. Thanks for understanding.

Shipping

I usually ship within 2 days of purchase, sometimes sooner. I work full time and try to check my store daily to make sure all items are mailed quickly.

Because I am offering free shipping on all orders, most items will arrive via 1st Class U.S. Mail. If you prefer another method, please convo me.

I will automatically insure all orders over $30. All orders below $29.99 will be mailed without insurance, unless requested in advance. I charge a flat rate of $3.00 for shipping to Canada, and $5.00 to ship anywhere worldwide.

Refunds and Exchanges

I hope you will absolutely love your jewelry, but if you are unhappy for any reason, please contact me for a refund within 14 days of purchase. I will gladly refund the purchase amount of the item, or you can exchange the item for an item of equal value from my shop.
